God Does Not Tempt - God Offers Grace As The Way Out of Sin

James 1:13-14 When tempted, no one should say, " God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone; but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed.

1 Corinthinas 10:12-13 If you think you are standing strong, be careful not to fall. The temptations in your life are no different from what others experirence. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, He will show you a way out so that you can endure.

Galatians 6:1-3 Brethren, if any person is overtaken in misconduct or sin of any sort, you who are spiritual [who are responsive to and controlled by the spirit] should set him right and restore and restrain him, without any sense of superiority and with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also.

Hebrews 4:14-16 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is past into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come bodly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for you are not under law, but under grace.
