Rest

Rest Is Found In Honesty

* It's diffiult to appreciate salvation if we forget we're still sinners. Truth enables true humility and a life of gratitude - Bible Christianity.

1 John 1:18 If we say that we have no sin, we decieve ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

1 Timothy 1:15 This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it: "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners" -and I am the worst of them all.

Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for you are not under law, but under grace.

Romans 6:2-3 How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?

1 John 1:9-10 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

* It's not about being perfect, it's about being hones, with ourselves and God. Christ took care of the rest so we can **rest.

1 John 4:19 We love Him because He first loved us.
