* God loved us first- that is the true order. And, it doesn't change.
1 John 4:19 We love because He first loved us.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
John 3:16 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
* So when you pray, and if you're not sure if God will listen or not; remember that Jesus taught us to ask in His name. In other words- "Ask freely according to God's love for sinners," and receive what He promised.
John 14:12-14 12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.(FYI "I no longer live, but Jesus lives in me."
